WorkspaceCRM for AI

Help

Find your first workspace, organize customer work and understand what connected apps can do. Hosted access depends on your account and workspace setup.

Start with an outreach workspace

Sign in with Loamstack and choose a workspace with CRM enabled. During local development, use Open local workspace instead. Then choose “Set up outreach template” from Overview. It creates your outreach schema, pipeline, views and dashboard without adding sample customers. Follow the setup guide.

Keep records connected

Add a contact, company, lead, deal or customer. Use Settings to add custom objects and fields. Open a record to edit it, add notes and tasks, link related records or view its files. Archive a record when it leaves active work; restore it from the archived list.

Move work forward

Give tasks an owner and a due date. Create a pipeline and its stages, then move opportunities by selecting a named stage. Saved views keep filters and columns together. Reports and dashboards read committed regional data; money is reported by currency.

Import, export and attach files

In Imports & files, upload or paste a CSV, match each column to a field and preview it. Start the import and follow its progress. Review job details for row errors or records that need attention. Export records to produce a CSV download; job details show progress and any failures. Attach supported files up to 5 MB to a record.

Configure automation and agents

Create a workflow draft, validate it and publish the revision you want to run. Enable it when ready. Apps & agents controls scoped credentials, regional roles, teams, grants and action budgets. Required approvals depend on workspace policy; hosts may also apply their own confirmation rules. Every regional action has a matching API, MCP tool and form in All actions.

No workspace after sign in

CRM must be enabled for a shared workspace, and its CRM administrator must grant you access. Open your Loamstack account to check workspaces and invitations, return to CRM and choose Check workspace access again. Central organization administration does not grant automatic access to CRM customer records.

ChatGPT and Claude connections

The product name is CRM for AI. Local OAuth consent can be tested with a registered local client. Public ChatGPT and Claude connections require the production HTTPS MCP service and OAuth setup. Directory listings are not live in this build.

Understand activity and proposals

Calls, meetings, manual email records and drafts are recorded activity. They do not prove that a message was sent. Generated proposals show their record sources and proposed changes. A proposal with changed sources must be refreshed before acceptance.

Recover from a service error

During local development, keep the Rust service running on port 3114 and open the web app at 127.0.0.1:3112. If hosted account access is unavailable, use Check workspace access again after your administrator confirms setup. Refresh workspace data after an action. If a revision changed, reopen the record or action to review the latest state. A permission or budget error requires the relevant workspace administrator to update the policy or budget.
