Local development terms
CRM for AI is currently a local development build. These usage notes are not the hosted service agreement; production terms and billing will be reviewed before launch.
Use of this build
Use the local workspace to develop and test CRM workflows. Hosted availability, commercial plans, external integrations and ChatGPT or Claude listings are not active. Keep a separate copy of data you need while testing this development workspace.
Free local tools
The browser-local template, pipeline, outreach and forecast tools can be used without CRM access. Keep your own downloaded copies and review their contents. Calculations use your inputs and assumptions; they do not guarantee a sales outcome. Local CSV downloads do not include Excel workbook formulas, automatic messaging or cloud synchronization. Hosted CRM access remains subject to separate setup and permissions.
Workspace authority
A workspace administrator configures regional roles, grants, scopes, budgets and approval policy. You are responsible for the authority you give an app or agent and for reviewing actions within that authority. Changing central membership will not grant implicit access to regional CRM content.
Credentials and data
Keep credentials private and revoke or rotate them when access should change. Add and share data only when you have the authority to do so. The service enforces the workspace’s current permissions for reads, writes and delegated work.
Generated work
Agent proposals and recorded drafts need the same factual review as work you create yourself. Source revisions help detect changed CRM records. Recorded email activity does not establish delivery by an external provider.
Production setup
Production service terms, regional hosting configuration, privacy contacts, billing and provider connections remain release gates. This build does not initiate charges or submit a directory listing.
